For practicing truly, you should watch the video that Hattie Boydle posted because this program is a bit hard to practice in terms of weights that you will use during the training.

Today’s Session : 3 x Top Sets Video 1 130kg (286lbs) x 2 Video 2 130kg x 2 Video 3 110kg (242lbs) x 10! Followed by accessories x 4 sets : Weighted reverse hyper x 15 Weighted 90degree back extension x 12 There is a small window in the year where I can prioritise strength training like this before I dive deep Into my prep for the @wbff_official Worlds. I have strength goals of hitting 150kg for my low bar back squat and then a volume PB of 120kg x 10 reps. Why do I have these goals? I love setting the standard high for myself and i love being a physical beast I know what I have achieved and what I can achieve.
